In the Rough

One of the short films Blur did in 2004, the story (by Paul Taylor) was picked in an internal short stories competition, and we did it in about 3 to 4 months. Following the legacy of the previous year's Rockfish, In the Rough also got "short listed" for the animated short Oscar, while the other short we made that year, Gopher Broke, got nominated! Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas

Disney released this DVD at the end of 2004. It was quite a challenge for all the animators at Blur, not only working for the first time in a longer format (we did 40 minutes of animation) but, of course, handling for the first time the classic Disney characters in 3d. (More...Coming soon!..)

Segredos ("Secrets")

Music video I co-directed with the kids at Conseqüência, back when I was in Rio de Janeiro. Only three CG artists (plus one editor and one guy helping with facial animation) and a mere month do finish it... aaah, good times!

It won many prizes, including an MTV VMB award, and was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award.
